The CRCPE, which is operated by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS covers for sale or lease properties including Office, Industrial, Retail, Land, Apartments, Hotel/Motel, and Other/Specialty in the following areas:

    North Carolina - Alexander, Anson, Burke, Cabarrus, Caldwell, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Richmond, Rowan, Stanly, and Union Counties.
    South Carolina - Chester, Lancaster, and York Counties.
