The Charlotte Region Commercial Property Exchange (CRCPE) began in 2005, when members of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® requested more from a local property exchange website. Since then, over 700 subscribers have signed on to the system in order to search for properties and to list properties of their own.
The CRCPE, which is powered by KARNES, allows REALTOR® members in 18 counties (both in North and South Carolina) to market their properties and connect with other REALTOR® members. Each subscriber to the system has the ability to search through a number of properties and their specialties, while sending and receiving broadcast emails between subscribers about properties that are geared specifically towards the properties they seek.
Over the years, the CRCPE has strived to be the best local Commercial Property Exchange possible, and continues to upgrade new benefits for subscribers. In December of 2007, the Charlotte Region Commercial Property Exchange did a full upgrade, providing subscribers with a better user interface.
Some of our recent upgrades have included:
- The Activity Result emails and searches, which allow users to keep a beat on the market in real time by tracking any new/closed sold or leased/withdrawn/under contract listings in addition to price changes in listing. These results can be automatically emailed to the user daily, weekly, or monthly.
- A new layout and format was set up for the For Sale/For Lease/Land listings by adding tabs for Property Information, Location Information, Keywords/contact, and CPE # on Search Pages which allows users to easily navigate and organize search parameters.
- Add/Edit/Update options for Units to allow ease in listing/closing mixed-use For Sale, For Lease, or land listings with multiple parcels.
- Add/Edit/Delete Comp feature for help in cleaning comp data and the ability to run a transaction report of MyDeals/Comps
