Carolyn T. Kellogg, CCIM, has worked in the field of retail leasing her entire career. As such, she has represented the following retailers: Taco Bell (YUM), Zaxby's, Suncom Wireless, Jimmy John's Subs, and Domino's, TOPZ Healtier Burger Grill, . She has also represented landlords on deals with Popeye’s Chicken, Ford/Lincoln Motor Company, Keller Williams Realty, Checker's Hamburgers, YUM, Inc., Exxon/Mobil, and Walgreens. Kellogg has also owned and operated three retail stores in the New Orleans area.

Kellogg holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Louisiana State University.
